e-CAT is an Ultrasonic rat repellent device uses advanced automatic frequency pattern banding technology which ensures that rats do not get immune to the ultrasound. The technology is under license from MASER ELECTRONICS the pioneers of Ultra-sound rodent repellent technology in India. An innovation driven OEM with over 30 years of experience having a proven track record in ultrasound rodent control. Industry leaders such as Citibank, IBM, Wipro, Reliance, TATA, Honeywell, etc. have made it to their client list. How Does It WORK Ultrasound is a spectrum of sound which starts just above human hearing (20Hz to 20kHz) range. Rats/Bats/Dolphins have the ability to detect ultrasound with varying frequency ranges. Rats use ultrasound for communication (distress signaling/mating calls) and to a certain extent echo location. e-CAT bombards ultrasound waves with unique patterns which disturb and disorient the rat. The advanced micro-controlled automatic frequency technology ensures the rat does not get accustomed or immune to the wave pattern. There may be initial resistance for few days but eventually the rats will be driven away. Why e-CAT ? It does not kill (Humane/ Hygienic): e-CAT creates a hostile environment for rats / rodent / mouse / mice. The emitted ultrasound waves cause intense auditory stress and forces to stay away from your engine area. Since e-CAT does not kill and only repels. Handling or stench of a dead rat does not arise. Non - Interfering / Safe to install: Installing e-CAT does not interfere with other parts / accessories or hamper your vehicle performance. Advanced Frequency Banding Ultrasound Technology: e-CAT utilizes an advanced sweep algorithm which ensures rats do not get immune to the ultrasound emitted. Low Power Consumption: e-CAT consumes very little power. A fully charged, average condition battery will last 15-20 days at least, in an idle condition.
