Anna is the first Supervising and Training Transactional Analyst Practitioner from India accredited to International Transactional Analysis Association with a specialisation in Counselling. She is also certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Art Therapy.

Anna is passionate about her work in counselling, coaching, training and supervision. She has more than 20 years of experience. She travels every year to learn, train and increase her skills and knowledge to benefit her clients. Anna has travelled the globe in her quest for learning and has had meaningful learning and training experiences in the Netherlands, India, Oxford and USA.

Transactional Analysis (TA) is a social psychology that helps you understand people better, manage your relationships better, and also examine your own motivations and limitations. A TA101 is a two-day workshop that provides an experiential overview of some principles of TA, and helps you apply these to your own behaviour. Anna’s approach to a TA101 is unique and has been seen to be transformative for many. This interactive workshop enables people to communicate better, strategise in their work and personal relationships, and examine their life paths.

Anna engages her clients in illuminating conversations that invite them to be co-creators of their own growth. A radical in her own right, Anna welcomes clients who challenge her and who think differently. As she travels extensively , her own frame of reference is constantly expanding , due to which people from diverse cultures find it easy to relate to her, and feel easily understood and accepted. She combines Transactional Analysis principles with elements of other schools of counselling, and most importantly, her own intuition.Anna’s approach is similarly differentiated when it comes to supervising practicing counsellors. Rather than analyse verbatims, she works with the counsellor’s personal limitations, enabling them to grow, and expand their own abilities to empower their clients.
